“For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.”

On this solemnity, Jesus reminds us of the greatest gift of our faith: the Eucharist. It is not just a symbol—it is Christ Himself, given to us as nourishment for our spiritual lives.

At every Mass, He strengthens us, remains with us, and draws us closer to Him. As we receive His Body and Blood, we are also called to become His presence in the world through love, forgiveness, and service.
