Multilingual News Instructions:
- Full Bulletin AI Scan:
After you upload the PDF in the Bulletin Archive, go to Bulletin Scan. Select the pages needed from the Bulletin and allow the AI to develop the banners and text content. Please always check the output from the tool, as the AI can make mistakes. - Individual Articles:
To create a single banner, go to Bulletin tab in the Admin Panel. Click on "Create Article" and upload the picture you wish. You can modify it using AI Editor Tools and include text content as well. - Banner:
Upload a file with 1080 x 1350 pixels of size. If the file has the correct dimensions, simply mark the "star" icon to include it on the article and rotator. PLEASE NOTICE some bugs are happening with the banners created by the AI tool, so you may need to download and upload again.
- Sections:
A: Large Banner with the content on the right (on the website) OR below (in the newsletter)
B: Small banner with entire content below (on the website) OR a summary (in newsletter) - How to use the Summary:
Use 1-2 short sentences that explain the event (usually one <h2> and 1-2 <p>).
If the article content is short already, no need to fill the Summary field. - Languages:
We are using "Unified" languages (ALL languages together in one ENG tab). The multilingual system will be fully functional soon.
